Profound nose of blackcurrant, plum and liquorice with lovely oak experssion. The palate is generous with fruit flavours, underlying oak and soft dense mouth-coating tannins that tend to a pleasantly dry finish.
The nose reveals complex rich aromoas of vanillin oak, plums, spice and chocolate. Aromas reverberate on the palate. The tannins are soft and dense, complimenting the sweet mid palate flavours and the rounded after palate has nice length.

The sweet raspberry flavour of the Grenache combines well with the subtle fruit aromas and soft tannins structure of the Syrah and Mourvedre
Soft, sweet and rich, exhibiting lots of fruit flavours mainly blackberry with spices of thyme, clove, cinnamon and hints of black pepper with no oak characters. Drink now as a traditional 'Ruby' style or patient cellaring will reward a fine vintage fortified.
